Our History
Navy Federal Credit Union was founded in 1933, and since then we have grown into the largest credit union in the world serving military service members, veterans and their families. Our story began with a small group of naval officers who came together to create a financial organization to support them and their families. Since then, we have expanded to provide a wide range of financial services to members around the world.
